Bio
Doris has 30 years of experience in effective organizational management and excels in office administration, client relations, and communication skills. Prior to working at Upsize Marketing Strategies, Doris served as the Regional Program Coordinator for NOVA, New Opportunities Vision Achievement, a workforce development organization. She provided client coordination and established standard operating procedures, training manuals, and organizational documents. Before that, she ran the Congressional Offices for two U.S. Representatives, assisting constituents on federal matters. In that role, she liaisoned with federal and state agencies to solve constituent concerns.
She received her Masters of Business Administration from Kaplan University and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
