As Upsize Marketing Strategies (UMS) Digital & Social Media Associate, Shelby Rambo develops social media and digital marketing strategies for clients and assists in content creation on all social media platforms. Using her experience with integrated marketing and social media content development and strategies, Shelby strives to enhance the client’s brand exposure across constantly evolving social media platforms.

Shelby has nearly four years of experience in developing social media and digital marketing strategies to support brand awareness in multiple industries. She is skilled in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Prior to joining UMS, Shelby gained digital marketing experience, coordinating social media for the Lark Sacramento. She planned and promoted multiple events on social media to enhance Lark Sacramento’s branding and community member’s experience.
Shelby has managed the social media accounts and email marketing campaigns for Tutu School in Holladay and South Jordan. In this role, Shelby created and curated brand specific content for both business locations and implemented social media marketing strategies to grow the client base.
She later joined Ballet Scout as a data analyst, content curator, and website updater to grow the organization’s following and visitors. Shelby continually updated content on their website to enhance search engine optimization (SEO).
As a Gen Z thought leader, Shelby has seen firsthand the power of social media to grow businesses and to recruit young professionals to communities. She strives to use her skills to help organizations stay updated in the ever evolving social media space. Shelby will graduate with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Shreveport in 2024.
